We're looking for an experiencedIntermediate or Senior Inbound Travel Sales Consultantto join a dynamic team, designing and selling tailor-made luxury itineraries across Southern Africa.Must have a stable work history with contactable references.

What You'll DoManage the full booking lifecycle from enquiry to travel completionDesign and cost bespoke itineraries for international clientsBuild strong relationships with clients, suppliers and travel partnersHandle quoting, invoicing, confirmations and supplier coordinationAchieve sales targets and maintain high conversion ratesWork with FITs, groups and tour seriesDeliver outstanding customer service throughout the booking process

Requirements

What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' inbound travel consulting experienceExcellent knowledge ofSouth Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe & Zambia(essential)Knowledge ofEast Africa, Mozambique & Malawi(advantageous)Experience withTravel StudioandWETUpreferredStrong luxury travel sales experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsComfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
