Technical Architect

Synchro have partnered with a long-term client of ours, and we are hiring for an experienced Technical Architect to play a key role in delivering a major multi-system transformation programme while strengthening the resilience, scalability, and governance of our technology estate.

Working closely with the Head of Engineering and technology teams, you will own the end-to-end technical architecture across core platforms, including Salesforce and other business-critical systems. You will influence technology strategy while remaining close to delivery and engineering.

This role will be based out of Kettering, Northamptonshire, however hybrid working and the expectation that you will be onsite for 2 days per week. Some flexibility may be on offer here for the right candidate.

Required experience;

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar senior technical leadership role.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• A strong understanding of APIs, integration technologies, and scalable solution design.
• Prior knowledge of Salesforce architecture (desirable), integration patterns, and enterprise applications.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + excellent benefits.
