Job Summary

The Center Director plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare centers by providing flexible, responsive support across various center functions. This position involves assisting with daily center activities, supporting staff and families, and helping maintain a safe, engaging environment for children. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the well-being and development of children while supporting the overall success of our centers.

Responsibilities

  • Support center staff with daily operations, including classroom activities and administrative tasks
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment that promotes learning and development
  • Engage positively with children, families, and team members to foster a welcoming atmosphere
  • Help coordinate activities, events, and transitions throughout the day to ensure smooth flow
  • Support compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's day-to-day experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay aligned with best practices

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and team members
