What you'll do
- Support riders and earners during critical moments by turning complex investigation data into clear, actionable findings.
- Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to identify trends, defects, and areas of improvement that directly impact how we scale support.
- Lead calibration and alignment sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing through data and expertise rather than authority.
- Own your work end-to-end, from identifying a root cause to presenting preventive action items to business leadership.
- Adapt to evolving policies and workflows in a fast-moving environment, ensuring accuracy and professionalism even when pressure is high.
- Collaborate with teammates and partners to remove blockers and raise the bar for how we support our global community.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in one of the following: compliance, banking, insurance, fraud, consulting, or a regulated area.
- Experience with Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
- Data analytics, SQL, and web query skills.
- Communication, attention to detail, time management, organization, presentation, stakeholder management, cross-functional partnership.
- Fluent Mandarin proficiency and English business proficiency
- Presenting, meeting facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to turn unstructured problems into focused execution plans.
- Proven resilience in high-stakes environments and the ability to stay calm under intense pressure.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities during complex projects.
- Ability to explain complex technical or regulatory concepts in a simple, concise manner.
