Tech Lead Golang

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead to lead the technology and engineering initiatives for our Loan Management System (LMS) Pod. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, system design, scalable architecture, and team leadership, along with experience building products in the fintech/lending domain. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, designing scalable systems, and leading a team to build robust, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for the Loan Management System.
• Drive architecture decisions and design robust backend systems for loan origination, servicing, disbursement, and repayment workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Risk, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and best engineering practices.
• Ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and compliance across all services.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, sprint planning, estimations, and execution timelines.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, development standards, and system performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7 - 9 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang and backend development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience in fintech/lending products, preferably Loan Management Systems or related financial
• platforms.
• Strong expertise in system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in financial systems.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
