Entry-level Staff Consultant - Finance & Administration

Overview

We are seeking a Staff Consultant to join our State Government Team. You will provide consulting services for the public sector that include project management, process analysis, operational reviews, organizational development, and systems planning and selection leading to implementation oversight for large-scale computer system projects. We are seeking a consultant to support our Finance & Administration practice. This new team member will be located remotely or in one of our office locations.

Travel Expectations: Willingness to travel 35-50%

You Will

• Support the delivery of services to clients on time, within scope, and within budget, including assisting in creating written deliverables and other work products
• Participate in meetings and interviews with client stakeholders and assist in documenting client needs and challenges
• Participate in staff/team meetings and training and work effectively as a team player on multiple client projects
• Support additional team operations on an as needed basis including events and marketing, internal research projects, and ongoing professional development initiatives

You Have

• BA/BS Degree (relevant professional may be offered in lieu of this requirement)
• Relevant experience in project management, project coordination, and/or research
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation Details

The base salary range targeted for this role is $68,000 for candidates that have little to no professional experience (e.g., individuals just graduating from a higher education program) and $68,000 to $80,000 for individuals with professional experience (dependent on the level and type of experience). This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
