Middle-Level Managers (MLM) with Technical Background

The MLM Bridging Program supports internationally trained professionals from technical and financial background to advance their careers in project management.

Program and Bursary Eligibility: Applicants must hold at least a Bachelors in Science, Engineering, IT, Environmental Science or Finance with relevant experience. They must be residing in Ontario as a Naturalized Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, Provincial Nominee (excluding international students), Refugee Claimant or a Visitor under emergency travel measures (e.g. CUAET) with a 900-series SIN and open work permit, or a temporary work permit holder with IRCC approval in principle for permanent residence. They must have English proficiency at CLBPT Level 7 or equivalent. Bursaries are not available to recipients of OSAP or Better Future funding.

Program Start Date - September 14, 2026

Program Eligibility: You must be residing in Ontario as a Naturalized Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, protected person or approved temporary resident

Duration: 8 months

Classes: Virtual twice a week

Cost: $4,319 (Free for applicants eligible for the Ontario Bridging Participant Assistance Program bursary)

Outcome: Graduates receive a Certificate in Project Management for Technical Professionals from The Chang School, Toronto Metropolitan University

Tuition is fully covered for eligible participants through provincial funding provided by the Ontario Bridging Participant Assistance Program (OBPAP).
