We're looking for a creative, hands-onDigital Marketing Specialistto join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple marketing channels, delivering high-quality digital campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company website using Wix, including new page creation and CMS management
• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Drive on-page and technical SEO improvements to maximise website performance
• Review and manage social media engagement, ensuring brand consistency
• Design digital graphics, presentations, signage and print marketing materials
• Coordinate photographers and videographers while managing the digital asset library
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, email campaigns and promotional materials
• Build and send email campaigns using HubSpot
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels

Requirements

Proven experience in a Digital Marketing roleStrong working knowledge of Wix, Google Ads and Meta AdsPractical SEO experience (on-page and technical)Strong Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design skillsComfortable coordinating photographers/videographers and experienced in basic photo/video editingExcellent copywriting and communication skillsExperience with HubSpot is advantageousHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience within the tourism or hospitality industry is preferred
