Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is critical to the success of our business since it engages our most important asset, our people. This strategic role will be responsible for recruitment aspects for our external employees from full cycle/full desk including talent acquisition and retention; administrative processing and support; workforce planning; customer service; as well as developing managing job boards and ensuring a growing pipeline of talent is available in our Applicant Tracking System. By leveraging data-driven insights and market trends, the TAS continuously improves recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to building a diverse, skilled, and engaged workforce that drives the company’s success.
The TAS will recommend, direct, and implement policies that reinforce a positive work environment for the talent team. Maintain programs to encourage our applicants and candidates to apply, interview and onboard in a seamless way that maintains government compliance.
Essential Functions

- Cultivate strategies to create competitive recruitment campaigns that attract, retain, and develop the best possible talent in the marketplace and make EGA an employer of choice through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, trade shows, job fairs, community outreach, and employee referrals
- Manage the talent pipeline cross-functionally and develop analytics to optimize recruitment efforts and candidate placement
- Develop screening and interviewing methods that utilize objective evaluation for determining suitability
- Maintain and develop the ATS to maximize functionality and enhance data capture
- Participate in staffing plans, conduct needs analysis, and fulfill specific client human capital requirements, acting as a key liaison between recruitment and account management functions
- Assure HR compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements as per contract guidelines for all open position opportunities
- Collaborate with Credentialing associates to ensure compliance with all pre-hire documents to include licensing and background check requirements as per each contract guidelines
- Support marketing and communication strategies as it relates to marketing open positions and fostering field staff relationships
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure professional and organizational success
- Contribute to the continuous improvements of the recruitment process
- Carefully handle confidential information, maintaining privacy at the highest standard
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Professional Staffing, Recruitment, and/or Human Resources experience, preferably within a recruitment agency and/or government contracting environment; health care staffing a plus
- Experience working in a sales environment is desirable
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in an HR or business-related field is preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, Boolean Search, ATS, CRM, and other recruitment systems
- Experience with various social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, or similar
- Experience with job boards: Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder, LinkedIn, or similar
- Experience with applicant tracking systems: Nexus, Crelate, BambooHR, ApplicantPro, Workable, ADP, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, government contracts, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels of internal and external customers

Accountability
- This is a remote position and will be performed out of the employee’s home-based office. Individual must have discipline to work in this work environment and need to be reliable and readily available throughout the workday.

Expected Hours of Work
Your work schedule may vary depending on your position with the Company. Our corporate business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern. Your start time should be discussed andapproved by your immediate supervisor if you wish to deviate from the normal operating hours. Employees may be required to work additional hours in order to successfully complete work obligations. Non-exempt employees are required to obtain prior approval from their immediate supervisor before working overtime.
