The role

The Golang Consultant must demonstrate:

• Strong expertise in Golang, including concurrency and high-performance service development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, system reliability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with containerized solutions (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and production deployments.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and performance requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in client-facing, Agile environments.

Profile Requirement

The candidate must demonstrate:

• Proven expertise in Golang backend development.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile, client-facing environments.
• Accountability for quality, performance, and timely delivery.
