Senior Developer

Position Overview:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to

deliver high-quality software solutions and drive the technical direction of our projects. Your experience and expertise will be vital in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Architect, design, and implement high-performance Java/ Go based

backend services and applications.

• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.

• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.

• Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests,integration tests, and end-to-end tests.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest industry trends,technologies, and best practices in Java/Golang development, and continuously improve our development processes.

Mandatory Technical Skills

✅ Java/ Go ,Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and/or Golang

✅ Microservices Architecture & REST API Development

✅ Distributed Systems & Event-Driven Architecture

✅ Kafka / Messaging Platforms

✅ SQL & NoSQL Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)

✅ Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

✅ Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization

✅ CI/CD Pipelines, Git, DevOps Automation

✅ System Design, Scalability & Performance Engineering

✅ API Security, OAuth, JWT, Authentication & Authorization

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Currently hands-on with coding and architecture.
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives without moving away from development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence architecture and engineering decisions.
