Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary: Are you an experienced software engineer looking to drive the technical direction of market leading software products. Join us to help develop our Cloud Platform.

The ideal candidate has full-stack expertise in development, design, testing, and operations, with experience in scalable Cloud Native SaaS solutions. Platform experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Development: Design, code (hands-on), and maintain (proactive monitoring, troubleshooting) software solutions using object-oriented or modern languages (Java, Go etc.)

Test: Create test scenarios and design, develop, and execute corresponding automated tests.

Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure or GCP. Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm etc.)

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical design and architecture discussions. Developing skills to identify design pattern needs.

Collaboration: Excel in global cross-functional teams, including product management and architecture.

Code Reviews: Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance and maintainability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technology. Learn from mistakes with blameless Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Skills:

REST API, database technologies (RDBMS and/or NoSQL), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Develop test automation strategies and scenarios leveraging API test automation (request library/component parameterization) and UI (Cypress, Selenium or similar).

Experience with microservices, event driven arch (Pulsar, SNS/SQS), CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g. React, Angular) is a plus.

Understanding of security best practices.

Experience with technical initiatives like tech migration or system performance and security improvements with an Agile mindset. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills across time zones.

Educational Qualifications:

Education: Master s degree (preferred) or bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 8+ years in software development and testing, with at least 3 years in Cloud Native or SaaS applications.
