Responsibilities： 职责：

• As the team leader, lead a backend development team of 3-8 engineers, responsible for the overall architecture design, technology selection, and core feature development of quality related software.
• 作为团队负责人，需要领导一个由 3 到 8 名工程师组成的后端开发团队，负责相关软件的整体架构设计、技术选型以及核心功能的开发工作，确保软件质量达到高标准。
• Develop high-performance, scalable backend services using Golang to support core modules such as business workflows, data management, and auditing.
• 使用 Golang 开发高性能、可扩展的后端服务，以支持诸如业务流程、数据管理和审计等核心模块。
• Drive AI innovation initiatives, integrating machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent anomaly detection, automated decision-making, and other AI capabilities into the quality management system.
• 推动人工智能创新项目的实施，将机器学习、预测分析、智能异常检测、自动化决策等功能融入质量管理系统中。
• Establish and implement team technical standards, code review processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices to ensure delivery quality and engineering efficiency.
• 制定并实施团队的技术标准、代码审查流程、持续集成/持续部署管道，以及 DevOps 最佳实践，以确保交付质量与工程效率。
• Lead the team through the full software development lifecycle—from requirements analysis and system design to deployment and maintenance assuring on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• 带领团队完成整个软件开发生命周期的工作——从需求分析、系统设计到部署以及维护阶段，确保项目能够按时、高质量地完成。
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Frontend, Data Science, QA, and Business teams to identify quality management pain points and deliver AI-driven innovative solutions.
• 与产品、前端开发、数据科学、质量保证以及业务团队进行跨职能协作，以发现质量管理中的痛点，并推出基于人工智能的创新解决方案。
• Manage team talent development and performance, conduct regular 1:1 coaching and career development planning, participate in recruitment interviews, and build a high-performing technical team.
• 负责团队人才的培养与绩效评估，定期进行一对一的辅导以及职业发展规划。同时，参与招聘面试工作，共同打造一支高效的技术团队。
• Continuously track emerging technologies (Golang ecosystem, LLMs, large model applications, etc.), evaluate and introduce AI and engineering technologies suitable for the team.
• 持续关注新兴技术的发展（如 Golang 生态系统、大语言模型、大规模模型应用等），评估并引入那些适合团队的 AI 和工程技术。

Requirements 要求/条件

Must Qualifications 必须满足的资格要求

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的学士学位或以上学位。
• 8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years in a Team Leader or technical lead role with full team management responsibilities.
• 拥有 8 年以上的后端开发经验，其中至少有 3 年担任团队负责人或技术主管的职务，同时具备全面的管理职责。
• Proficient in Golang, with deep expertise in concurrency models, performance optimization, microservices architecture, and distributed system design.
• 精通 Golang 语言，在并发模型、性能优化、微服务架构以及分布式系统设计方面拥有深厚的专业知识。
• Hands-on experience with production-grade AI/ML integration or leading AI-driven product features.
• 拥有生产级人工智能/机器学习集成方面的实践经验，或者熟悉领先的人工智能驱动产品功能。
• Familiar with cloud-native technology stack (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP), message queues, relational and non-relational databases, REST/gRPC.
• 熟悉云原生技术栈（如 Docker、Kubernetes、AWS/Azure/GCP），能够处理消息队列，同时具备关系型与非关系型数据库的操作能力，还熟悉 REST/gRPC 协议。
• Strong team leadership, communication, coordination, and project execution skills; able to effectively lead the team to deliver results.
• 具备强大的团队领导能力、良好的沟通技巧、协调能力以及项目执行能力；能够有效地带领团队取得成果。

Preferred Qualifications 优先招聘条件

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management system standards and manufacturing quality processes.
• 熟悉 ISO 9001、IATF 16949 或其他质量管理体系标准，以及制造质量流程。
• Experience developing enterprise-grade quality management, manufacturing execution, or compliance auditing systems.
• 拥有开发企业级质量管理、制造执行系统或合规性审计系统的经验。
• Open-source contributions, technical papers or patents in AI/quality management, or experience applying computer vision/NLP in quality inspection.
• 在人工智能/质量管理领域有开源代码贡献、技术论文或专利，或者具有将计算机视觉/自然语言处理技术应用于质量检测的经验。
