JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems serving large-scale products and platforms.
• Build scalable Microservices, APIs, and distributed systems with high availability, reliability, and security standards.
• Design system architecture, data models, and service integrations across multiple domains and platforms.
• Develop and optimize real-time processing systems, event-driven architectures, and high-concurrency services.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Mobile Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver product features.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical discussions to maintain engineering quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, technical standards, and platform architecture decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing backend systems with Golang.
• Strong proficiency in Golang, including Goroutines, Channels, Context, Concurrency Patterns, and Performance Optimization.
• Proven experience designing and developing large-scale Microservices architectures.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases.
• Strong database design skills and experience optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Redis and caching strategies.
• Experience working with Message Brokers such as Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience deploying and operating services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Real-time Systems using WebSocket, Streaming, or Message Queues.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or other search technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
