Position Overview-

• Senior Backend Engineer joining a highly selective, foundational R&D core group responsible for architecting high-throughput data pipelines and secure cloud services from scratch.
• Designing and implementing scalable, low-latency microservices that interface directly with hyper-scale enterprise infrastructure to continuously monitor data patterns without impacting performance.
• Writing clean, mission-critical production code primarily in Go (Golang) and contributing to data-driven architectures leveraging Python.
• Owning features from advanced Proof-of-Concept (PoC) stages through complex CI/CD pipelines directly into highly resilient cloud architectures.
• Collaborative engineering within a flat, fast-moving environment, heavily influencing technological choices, infrastructure design, and system reliability frameworks.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Cloud Security & Data Loss Prevention (DLP), High-Scale Microservices, Distributed Systems Architecture, Go (Golang) Ecosystem, Python Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD), GraphQL Topologies.

Requirements-

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading research university/top-tier college, OR a graduate of elite military technological intelligence units (e.g., 8200, Lotem, Mamram) – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience dedicated to backend software engineering – Mandatory
• Production-grade coding proficiency and deep architectural familiarity with Go (Golang) or Python (with a strong readiness to focus primarily on Go development) – Mandatory
• A proven professional track record working within high-quality, product-driven startups (SU) – Mandatory
• Employment Stability: A consistent career history demonstrating solid tenure and professional commitment within previous organizations – Mandatory
• Advanced experience designing and scaling distributed systems, asynchronous microservices, and containerized cloud environments (AWS/Kubernetes) – Mandatory
• Prior background coming from the Cyber Security industry or elite cyber defense units – Significant Advantage
• Strong internal engineering foundations in CI/CD automation, API design, and complex data pipeline workflows – Mandatory
