We're seeking a Lead Blockchain Protocol Engineer to architect the core settlement engine of a cutting-edge blockchain platform. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of distributed systems, cryptography, and financial innovation, translating advanced cryptographic research into high-performance production systems.

What You'll Do

• Design and build core blockchain infrastructure using Go, Cosmos SDK, and CometBFT
• Develop privacy-preserving cryptographic solutions, including Pedersen Commitments and Bulletproofs
• Customize consensus mechanisms and engineer advanced MPC-based transaction workflows
• Design state machines for homomorphic encrypted balances and confidential transactions
• Optimize cryptographic operations for low-latency, high-throughput distributed environments
• Build secure auditing and regulatory access frameworks through permissioned query systems

Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Expert-level Go (Golang) development skills
• Strong experience with distributed systems, BFT consensus, and P2P networking
• Hands-on experience with Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC)
• Ability to translate complex mathematical or cryptographic concepts into production-grade code

Nice to Have

• Deep experience with Cosmos SDK and CometBFT
• Knowledge of Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Bulletproofs, MPC, or Verifiable Secret Sharing
• Experience implementing cryptographic protocols from academic research
• Background in fintech, payments, trading systems, or blockchain infrastructure
