Founding Engineer — Autonomous Workforce (m/w/d)

What you'll do

• Build features that go live days later — no ticket ping-pong, no waterfall.
• Work the way we sell it to the world: with AI agents as colleagues, not toys.
• Orchestrate AI as naturally as you write code.
• Own entire topics, not subtasks.

You'll fit right in if you

• believe work is fundamentally changing right now — and would
• rather build than watch,
• would rather ship a rough version today than a perfect one next month,
• love to dive into new territory fast and are comfortable with ambiguity.

Degree, apprenticeship, or self-taught: doesn't matter.
