Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven and solution-oriented specialist to help us build more efficient, accurate, and scalable catalog operations. This role combines data analysis, process optimization, AI tools, cross-functional collaboration, and automation. You’ll work on reducing manual workload, improving catalog quality, and developing practical solutions that can be scaled across partners and countries.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Data Analysis & Business Support — 80%

• Analyze catalog and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Support campaigns and business decisions through data analysis
• Translate data into clear and actionable insights
• Monitor catalog quality and identify operational gaps
• Support teams with relevant reporting, tools, and data
• Help standardize catalog processes across partners and countries

Catalog Ownership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Category Manager to align and improve catalog structures
• Take full responsibility for couple of verticals
• Support campaigns and events with the required visuals, catalog materials, and operational setup
• Collaborate with Tech teams on the implementation of new solutions
• Support operational teams with practical tools, data, and process improvements

Automation & AI Tool Development — 20%

• Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive and manual catalog work
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for catalog operations
• Use AI tools to improve processes such as product categorization, content creation, image processing, and catalog quality checks
• Build solutions for product variant detection and creation
• Automate repetitive workflows, including bulk image processing and catalog updates
• Test and implement new AI-powered tools that can improve operational efficiency
• Develop solutions that can be reused and scaled across multiple countries

Expected impact:

• Reduce manual catalog workload through automation and AI-enabled tools
• Improve categorization accuracy and consistency
• Standardize catalog processes across partners and countries
• Decrease the time required to onboard partners and update inventories
• Deliver scalable solutions usable across multiple markets
• Improve catalog quality and operational efficiency
• Strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Confidence working with large datasets and operational processes
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets knowledge; SQL experience is highly valued
• Practical experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code and low-code solutions
• Interest in process optimization and emerging technologies
• Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
