As a Housing Regulatory Analyst at Hyde, you will act as a subject matter expert for regulatory reporting requirements, returns and data submissions. You will provide specialist advice, interpret reporting requirements and lead the preparation of accurate, timely and well-controlled regulatory information, helping Hyde respond confidently to current and future regulatory requirements.
Key Duties
- Lead on selected regulatory returns, ensuring requirements, risks, actions, evidence and deadlines are clearly understood and managed.
- Prepare, review and oversee accurate, complete and timely regulatory reports, submissions and information requests.
- Analyse, reconcile and challenge data to ensure reporting information is accurate, consistent and fit for submission.
- Interpret reporting requirements and translate them into clear processes, controls, technical specifications and reporting designs.
- Influence stakeholders across Finance, Data, Governance, Technology and Operations to clarify responsibilities, decisions and actions.

As a Housing Regulatory Analyst we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven experience in social housing regulation, regulatory reporting, data submissions or a closely related reporting environment.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to reconcile, challenge and assure complex data.
- A proactive mindset and passion for improving reporting quality, controls and governance.
- The ability to use reporting tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence or similar platforms to produce insight and assurance.
- Confidence influencing stakeholders, clarifying requirements and explaining reporting expectations clearly.
