RoleSummary We are seeking an experienced ProjectManager to lead ERP and Non ERP Application initiatives in a highlyregulated enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope while ensuringcompliance with governance, security, and organizational standards.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business, IT, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Manage project change control and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

PreferredQualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering projects in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
