Your Role


As a Lead MCX Solution Architect, you will define and lead the end-to-end design and deployment of mission-critical communication platforms for enterprise and industrial use, ensuring high availability, low latency, and secure interoperability across devices, networks, and dispatch systems.


In this role you will play a key role in:


  • Architecting Mission Critical Services solutions (MCPTT/MCVideo/MCData) including QoS, priority and preemption, group communications, and service continuity.
  • Leading solution blueprints across access network, transport, core, IMS/application layer, dispatch/recording, device ecosystem, and integration interfaces.
  • Driving vendor selection, solution validation, and deployment governance including HLD/LLD, integration planning, cutover, and acceptance.
  • Ensuring interoperability with dispatch consoles, recording.
  • Defining resilience architecture including geo-redundancy, active-active/active-standby configurations, DR strategy, backup/restore, and observability frameworks.
  • Establishing security-by-design and compliance guardrails for MCX services, covering encryption, identity management, key management, and auditability.
  • Support the test team during the testing phase (ATP, defects qualification, and so on)
  • Leading workshops with stakeholders and translating operational requirements into technical designs and a structured delivery backlog.


Your Profile


  • Proven experience delivering mission-critical platform design and deployment across MCX, PSLTE, or critical communications environments.
  • Hands-on vendor experience with Hytera or relevant vendors such as Airbus, Motorola Solutions, TDTech, or equivalent MCX ecosystem partners.
  • Strong knowledge of 3GPP Mission Critical Services, IMS, VoLTE/VoNR concepts, QoS/QCI/5QI, policy control, and session management.
  • Demonstrated experience producing HLD/LLD documentation, test strategies, FAT/SAT plans, and operational readiness frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership capability with proven ability to lead multi-vendor technical delivery at scale.
  • Knowledge of Nutanix platform is a plus


What Would Make You Stand Out


  • Experience with Kubernetes, telco cloud, containerized network functions, and CI/CD pipelines for network applications.
  • Exposure to ETSI, 3GPP, and GSMA guidelines relevant to mission-critical communications.
  • Knowledge of radio planning and coverage constraints and understanding of how MCX impacts RAN dimensioning.
