Infrastructure Solution Expert

Overview:

The Infrastructure Solution Expert is responsible for leading end-to-end solution design and orchestration for complex infrastructure and digital transformation opportunities. The role engages early with customers to understand business and technical challenges, defines winning solution strategies, and ensures delivery of scalable, secure, and commercially viable infrastructure solutions. Acting as a technical sponsor, the role bridges sales, architecture, and delivery teams, driving high impact solutioning across network, cloud, security, and managed services domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to understand enterprise needs and challenges.
• Build strong relationships and position the organization as a trusted technology advisor.
• Define win strategies, solution approaches, and value propositions for strategic pursuits.
• Lead the design and orchestration of integrated infrastructure solutions across multiple domains, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security
• Design enterprise solutions covering:

1- Network & Connectivity: switches, routers, SD-WAN, VoIP, and enterprise connectivity architectures.

2- Compute & Systems: Windows and Linux environments, server management, and virtualization (VMs)

3- Cloud & Transformation: hybrid cloud and migration strategies, with a focus on Google

Cloud Platform (GCP) and multi-cloud environments

4- Security: identity and access management (MFA), firewall architecture, threat intelligence, and network security controls

5- AIOps & ITOM: monitoring, automation, and operational intelligence platforms to enable proactive infrastructure management

• End-User Computing: workspace management and digital workplace solutions
• Ensure alignment between solution architecture, client requirements, and enterprise standards
• Design and shape managed services offerings, including:

1- 24x7 NOC operations and monitoring frameworks

2- Infrastructure support and service management models

3- Application Management Services (AMS) where applicable

• Lead solutioning for infrastructure transformation initiatives, including:

1- Cloud migrations and modernization programs.

2- Infrastructure carve-outs, separations, and integrations.

3- Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies

• Define operating models, SLAs, and transition approaches for managed and outsourced environments
• Act as the technical sponsor for infrastructure solutions, internally and in client engagements
• Provide expert guidance on AIOps and IT Operations Management (ITOM) frameworks
• Ensure alignment between solution vision, scope, feasibility, and business value
• Lead and facilitate solution design workshops, discovery sessions, and technical walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, SMEs, partners, and client stakeholders to build integrated solutions.
• Consolidate inputs into cohesive, end-to-end solution proposals.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends across infrastructure, cloud, and operations.
• Introduce innovative approaches in automation, cloud optimization, and infrastructure modernization.
• Contribute to development of solution frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (especially Google Cloud Platform), networking, or security (e.g., CCNP, CISSP)

Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in solution architecture or consulting roles within the IT services industry covering infrastructure and network domain
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, cross-domain infrastructure solutions covering network, cloud, workplace, security.
• Strong expertise across network, security, cloud, and infrastructure domains
• Hands-on experience in cloud migrations, infrastructure transformation, and managed services solutioning
• Experience with security solutions, including MFA, firewalls, and threat intelligence frameworks
• Experience working on large transformation deals in public sector or regulated industries
• Experience working with global system integrators or large-scale IT service providers

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of enterprise networking technologies (switches, routers, SD-WAN, VoIP)
• Strong knowledge of NOC operations, monitoring, and support models
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments
• Expertise in English and Arabic language.
