1. Development Solution Architect (Migration &

Microservices)

Responsible for the Strangler Fig strategy, ensuring legacy services are decomposed into a

scalable, open-source ecosystem.

● Key Responsibilities:

○ Design the high-level microservices "chassis" (Auth, Logging, Service Mesh).

○ Define the data sync strategy between Dynamics SQL Server and the new

Postgres DB.

○ Lead the "Logic Extraction" process from legacy C# Plugins and Workflows.

● Must-Haves:

○ 10+ years in software architecture with at least 2 major legacy-to-cloud

migrations.

○ Expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.

○ Prior experience with MS Dynamics SDK is a huge plus (to understand what

we are killing).

● Tech Stack: Go/Node.js, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL.
