Integration Engineer

We’re seeking to connect a Lead Software Engineer with a leading company in the life insurance and financial services industry on a full-time basis. The role is remote and available to candidates located in Central or Eastern time zones. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join a passionate, motivated team and leverage your expertise in enterprise software development, cloud technologies, system integrations, and application architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications that connect legacy enterprise platforms with modern cloud-based solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems, third-party vendors, and business applications.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead technical design efforts and drive projects through the full software development lifecycle.
• Develop modern web-based applications and workflow solutions that improve business operations.
• Ensure software solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience working with AWS and/or other cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to design scalable application architectures.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
