The Role

As a Deployment Project Coordinator, you will be passionate about technology and leveraging it to expand a global network. Work as part of the Deployment Infrastructure team to support and assist in the overall coordination of project-related activities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved. Proactive and a self-starter, you must be highly organised and have the ability to manage competing priorities. Driven and motivated, you must be able to operate both autonomously and in a team environment, working with multiple vendors to deliver comprehensive IT projects of varying size and complexity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure the flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain and update project tracking systems, including Jira, Confluence, and the internal intranet.
• Monitor resource availability and effectively allocate project tasks.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and project syncs with a global team.
• Generate weekly status reports and document critical project minutes.
• Liaise with external vendors and customers to track deliverables and followup on outstanding tasks.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks to leadership as needed.
• Create hardware purchases and track shipments when necessary.

What We Are Looking For

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating multiple projects.
• Obtains or is working towards a Scrum Master or PMP certification.
• Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to team members.
• Have experience working with third parties, vendors and customers.
• Have the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
• JIRA and Confluence experience (ideal).
• Experience in an ICT/IT Project Management environment is highly desirable, preferably from a networking or telecommunication background.
