ROLE
We are looking for recruiters with real passion for technical recruitment with actual hands-on experience recruiting for startups on niche skills from top-tier background. You would be required to work with our organization team on development of strategies for effective recruitment followed by executing them.
Mandatory
1. Must be able to understand technical terms frequently used in software development2. Must be able to identify false positives while shortlisting candidate profiles over various job boards3. Must be able to research on companies, market, trend for different job roles 4.
