As a Compiler Architect, you’ll play a key role in defining that software stack from the ground up, working alongside compiler engineers, computer architects and hardware teams to shape both the compiler and the underlying hardware.
Compiler Architect Responsibility
- Designing compiler infrastructure using LLVM & MLIR
- Developing MLIR dialects, optimisation passes and code generation
- Hardware/software co-design with architecture and ASIC teams
- Performance optimisation for next-generation compute systems
- Influencing compiler architecture from day one
- LLVM and MLIR
- Compiler optimisation, code generation or compiler architecture
- Modern C++
- Computer architecture or low-level systems software
- AI frameworks or accelerator architectures (nice to have)
