This role focuses on diagnosing product gaps, defining improvement priorities aligned with Product/Engineering teams as well as markets, and ensuring promotional tools deliver measurable business impact.

Main Responsibilities

Translate into clear product requirements and prioritize based on KPI impact and technical feasibility across all markets.

  • Own Feature Execution & Market Rollout: Lead sprint execution to ensure features address core performance bottlenecks. Own feature rollout sequencing and feasibility planning across central and regional markets. Manage dependencies, coordinate market-by-market activation, and resolve product-side issues preventing launch readiness.

  • Measure Product Impact: Define success metrics (adoption, revenue, margin, efficiency). Build dashboards tracking feature performance and regional uptake. Validate through A/B testing. Establish benchmarks and track post-launch impact to inform iteration cycles and business decisions.

  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Product Blockers: Monitor emerging product issues and execution gaps through ongoing diagnostics with regional teams. Troubleshoot product problems and resolve blockers with clear solutions and implementation plans. Escalate critical issues to central leadership and feed learnings into roadmap decisions.

  • Scale Product Playbooks: Document best practices for tool adoption and usage patterns. Capture regional implementation wins and learnings. Build internal knowledge base to improve execution consistency and reduce troubleshooting cycles across markets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years as Product Manager in tech, marketplace, or e-commerce - with proven experience managing rollouts and execution across multiple markets or regions.

  • Matrix organization experience. Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority across central and regional/local teams. Track record coordinating dependencies and driving alignment across functional teams.

  • Analytical rigor. Strong grasp of unit economics, pricing, elasticity, and margin dynamics. Comfortable designing and interpreting A/B tests. Experience building dashboards and translating diagnostics into action.

  • Execution excellence. Proven ability to own feature delivery end-to-end from sprint management through market rollout and post-launch diagnostics. Experience troubleshooting product blockers and resolving implementation gaps.

  • Operational mindset. Self-starter who builds scalable processes, standardizes best practices, and establishes operational rigor. Clear, concise communicator who combines high performance with strong cross-functional collaboration.
