Backend Engineer — Tokyo (Hybrid)

Starting Salary Range: 4,500,000 ~ 15,000,000 JPY

◆Required Experience / Skills

５+ years of experience in backend system design and development for web services

and applications

Experience developing services that handle large-scale traffic

A user-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value

Experience developing and operating systems using public cloud platforms such as

AWS or GCP

Fluent English, or a TOEIC score of 800+ (or equivalent qualifications/skills)

Various relational databases

Designing and implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

Developing large-scale services or systems

Working on financial systems or related projects

SQL performance tuning

Utilizing various AWS services

Experience as a PM/PL (Project Manager / Project Leader)
