Senior Project Manager

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support strategic initiatives in St. Louis, MO. This role will lead multiple high-impact business initiatives, partnering closely with legal, compliance, operations, digital teams, and external vendors. This is a senior-level, business-facing role ideal for an experienced project leader who can manage complex enterprise initiatives while navigating regulated financial services environments.

Pay Range: Up to 102K - DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–3 complex enterprise initiatives simultaneously (epics ranging from $1M–$20M, 12–18 months in duration).
• Transition initiatives to Digital teams for implementation and remain engaged through delivery oversight.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Partner closely with business sponsors to define objectives and ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive stakeholder management across legal, compliance, operations, and vendor groups.
• Manage project risks, issues, change controls, and financial adjustments.
• Track project performance and prepare executive-level status reporting.
• Support Lean Portfolio Management processes through review and analysis phases.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise governance and PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• 2 years Agile experience (Scrum, PI planning, Jira), PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience working in regulated or financial services environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial forecasts, and project constraints effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
