Our Sales Associates take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes and help them understand the floor plans and unique features available. You will keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up on prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized. Sales Associates don't have sales goals, however there is potential in the future to move to a commissioned Sales Consultant position for those who are interested and have demonstrated the capabilities for this role.
Requirements
- Face-to-face customer service and/or sales experience (for example, retail sales)
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, including advanced listening skills
- Commitment to professionalism, including appearance and demeanor
- McBride sales associates will work 1 weekend day per week and one late evening every week on a rotating schedule (rotates Saturday or Sunday off). With the block schedule, sales associates will have a 3-day weekend every other week (Sun, Mon, Tues)
- Must be technology savvy
- Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record required
