Senior EDI Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI Developer to own solution-level technical analysis, design, and implementation of EDI integrations. You will lead the day-to-day technical execution of integration and API projects, translating designs into production-ready implementations while upholding code quality and development standards. You will collaborate with globally distributed teams and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement EDI integrations and API projects end-to-end

• Lead technical delivery across integration initiatives; mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions

• Translate solution designs into production-ready implementations with a focus on quality and standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in global delivery models

What we're looking for

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing EDI integrations

• Proficiency with IBM Sterling Integrator and related EDI tooling, including X12/EDIFACT mapping

• Experience leading integration and API projects, providing technical leadership, mentoring juniors, and conducting code reviews

• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver reliable, scalable EDI/integration solutions

• Hands-on experience with API and Web Services integration in globally distributed teams

• Proven ability to translate designs into production-ready implementations while maintaining code quality and standards

• US work authorization (visa sponsorship not available)

Compensation & benefits

Salary up to USD 124,800 annually. Compensation details will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Primary location: United States (city/state to be confirmed). This role is conducted on-site in the United States.
