People & Culture Officer (Development, Engagement & Performance) - DotYeti

Important Note: This position requires day-shift hours (9 AM - 5 PM Manila Time).

We're looking for a proactive People & Culture Officer to help us nurture a vibrant workplace, drive employee growth, and ensure our team members thrive.
You'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end employee experience, making sure engagement programs are lively, performance cycles run smoothly, and our team receives the learning and development they need to succeed.

What you'll do:

  • Engagement Programs: Facilitate 1:1 employee check-ins, plan and execute company wide outings, coordinate team-building events, and manage Town Hall logistics to keep the team connected and thriving.
  • Pulse Checks: Conduct and analyze Quarterly Engagement Checks to track culture health and provide actionable insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Facilitate the performance reviews and annual performance review cycles to ensure growth and alignment.
  • Escalation Flagging: Proactively flag performance-related concerns and early-stage compliance/behavioral issues to the Director of People & Culture.
  • Training & L&D: Assist in creating impactful training materials and own the delivery of training runs for the Mid-Manager level and down.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly refine and improve training programs based on employee feedback and evolving company needs.


Our ideal candidate:

  • Has proven experience in HR, Employee Engagement, Talent Development, or a similar People & Culture role.
  • Experienced in conducting training sessions and presenting to mid-level management.
  • Proven experience in module creation, including building structured learning frameworks, training materials, and versatile curriculums from scratch.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • Knows how to manage multiple priorities with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting employee feedback and engagement data.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, empathetic, and deeply passionate about employee success and company culture.


Bonus Points for:

  • Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
  • Experience utilizing modern HRIS, performance management software, and engagement tools.
