Sales Reactivation Manager (EdTech)

This is a remote position.

Negentrix Holding is an educational company with a mission to help people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment.
We operate three schools — IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology — where we train students for in-demand professions and support them all the way from choosing their career path to securing their first job.

We know how to help them become part of society and succeed professionally.We pride ourselves on our friendly and collaborative atmosphere, where every team member is valued and makes a meaningful contribution to the success of our company.Our team is made up of highly qualified EdTech professionals who bring their knowledge and experience to create superior educational programs and inspire our students.We are currently expanding our Sales team and are looking for aReactivation Managerwho will help bring previously engaged leads back into the sales funnel and guide them toward the next step.

What You'll Do

• Work with a database of dormant and postponed leads.
• Make outbound phone calls and communicate with prospects via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
• Identify each lead's current needs, motivation, and urgency.
• Handle common objections such as "It's no longer relevant," "I need more time," "I'm too busy," or "Maybe later."
• Schedule career consultation calls with qualified leads.
• Record all interactions and agreements in the CRM system.
• Follow established scripts while maintaining a natural, confident, and engaging communication style.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency inRussian(spoken and written).
• Confidence in phone communication.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined CRM management.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a high volume of contacts while maintaining quality.

Nice to have:

• Experience in sales, customer support, a call center, or online education.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience reactivating dormant leads or working with warm lead databases.
