Our Client, Nordzero, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, Canada, and Europe is looking for an experienced professional to fill an immediate opening for an Amazon Specialist for a full-time remote job.

Reporting to our Head of Amazon, the Amazon Specialist is responsible for day-to-day Amazon Operations. This would include ongoing Listing Optimization for CVR and Sessions (Lead Metrics) increase.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Exceptional project management, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to work out of multiple technology tools and systems simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Amazon PPC.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a team and independently.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon fundamentals: Best Practices, listing creation and optimization, search terms research & analysis, experience working with bulk upload.
  • Expertise in tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, etc.
  • Experience in working with project management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordination and optimization of listing creation.
  • Creating and updating flat files for listings.
  • Monitoring PPC campaigns performance on the bottom line.
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis.
  • Copywriting for product listings.
  • Enhancing A+ content, promotions, videos, and images.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving listing issues.
  • Deals & Promotions- planning deals and promotions, providing profitability and performance analysis reporting.
  • Conducting split tests to optimize performance.
  • Coordinating the new product development and launch processes, including content creation.
  • Establishing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborating with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and recommendations for further optimization.
