Job Description

• Perform quality checks on data submitted by the Sales team and ensure all cases are completed within the agreed SLA
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency in QC reviews.
• Monitor and improve the QC process to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Work closely with the Sales team to minimize QC rejection rates by providing feedback and guidance.
• Support content quality initiatives related to DLD, DLP, and new feature rollouts.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes is a plus, but not required.
