Job Description

• Manage vendor onboarding processes.
• Handle device recovery and collection.
• Perform contract quality checks.
• Resolve transmission issues.
• Support vendor training (face-to-face and online).
• Lead device-related projects (e.g., Zombie Project).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
• Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes is a plus, but not required.
