Job Role

The Audio Annotation Trainer – Russian is responsible for producing and annotating high-quality Russian-language voice data to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI speech models. This role requires individuals with strong voice acting abilities, excellent pronunciation, emotional delivery, and attention to detail to ensure accurate and natural audio datasets.

Working remotely, the successful candidate will record voice samples, interpret scripts, deliver expressive performances, revise recordings based on feedback, and contribute to the development of world-class multilingual AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality Russian voice recordings from a professional home studio or suitable recording environment.
• Perform scripts with clear pronunciation, natural pacing, emotional expression, and vocal consistency.
• Interpret creative direction and adjust voice delivery based on project requirements.
• Revise and re-record audio when requested to meet quality standards.
• Deliver audio files in the required formats while maintaining project timelines.
• Ensure recordings meet linguistic, technical, and quality assurance requirements.
• Support AI training initiatives by producing accurate, high-quality speech datasets.
• Collaborate with project reviewers throughout the annotation and quality validation process.

Candidate Requirements

• Native or professional-level fluency in Russian with excellent pronunciation and articulation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, localization, ADR, or related audio production work.
• Strong vocal control, versatility, emotional range, and performance capability.
• Access to professional or high-quality home recording equipment suitable for remote recording.
• Ability to follow creative direction and consistently meet project deadlines.
• Experience using audio editing software is highly preferred.
• A voice demo reel showcasing multiple speaking styles is highly preferred.
• Background in acting, performing arts, dubbing, or localization is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently within a fully remote and flexible project environment.
