Role OverviewThe Marketing Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads. This role requires a strong mix of analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure campaigns achieve measurable results.Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
• Optimize ad creatives, copy, and placements to boost engagement, conversions, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions), providing actionable insights.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to improve outcomes.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and digital advertising best practices.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive optimizations.
• Proficiency in digital advertising tools and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and budget allocation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity and adaptability to changing trends.
• Advanced English level (C1 or higher) preferred.
