JOB DESCRIPTION: Digital Marketer
We are seeking a self-driven, experiencedDigital Marketerwho can develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is not just a poster and scheduler, but a strategist who understands how to optimize campaigns and close the marketing loop throughpaid advertising,email marketing, andcontent coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manageFacebook and Instagram and Google ad campaigns(paid and organic)
Research and identify targetNDISandaged carecommunities online (e.g. Facebook groups) and formulate outreach strategies.
Plan, write, schedule, and publish social media content in coordination with our internal design team
Manage and segment an existingemail databaseusing platforms including Hubspot and Mailchimp.
Set up and executeemail marketing campaignstargeting segmented lists (existing clients, leads, etc.)
Monitor ad spend, analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI), and make data-informed adjustments
Collaborate with the founder on marketing calendar, content themes, and campaign strategy
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva Pro, Jasper.ai) to accelerate and enhance creative outputs
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Assist the founder with other administrative and accounting tasks as appropriate

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

• Strong hands-on experience withMeta Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager

• Familiarity withemail automation tools

• Proficient ingraphic tools(Canva, Adobe, etc. — actual design support available if needed)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams

• Knowledge ofSEOandcontent strategyis important

• Experience targeting government-subsidized sectors or healthcare audiences is a bonus

• Working knowledge of Xero would be a plus

• Excellent written English and communication skills
