Location: Remote – Latin America
Type of Contract: Full-Time Contractor | Remote
Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,200 USD per month

Working Hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Our client is seeking a skilled Bookings Manager with experience in revenue operations, financial controls, and contract-to-booking processes to join their growing team. You will play a key role in reviewing customer agreements, validating booking data, and maintaining accurate records across their commercial systems. Your work will directly impact revenue visibility, financial reporting, operational efficiency, and the accuracy of business forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bookings process, ensuring new contracts, renewals, expansions, and amendments are accurately recorded.
- Review executed customer agreements, order forms, pricing details, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Validate booking information against approved pricing, contract terms, billing schedules, and internal policies.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
- Maintain accurate booking, contract, and customer data within CRM, ERP, billing, and financial reporting systems.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by reconciling bookings and preparing accurate operational reports.
- Identify process gaps and implement controls that improve booking accuracy, reporting consistency, and turnaround times.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in bookings management, deal desk, revenue operations, order management, billing operations, or a related finance function.
- Strong understanding of customer contracts, pricing structures, subscription terms, renewals, and revenue-related documentation.
- Experience reviewing and reconciling data across CRM, billing, ERP, or financial reporting platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in contracts, booking records, and financial information.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
- Ability to work independently as a remote contractor during 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a SaaS, technology, subscription-based, or recurring-revenue business.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and financial or billing platforms such as NetSuite, Stripe, Zuora, or similar systems.
- Understanding of ARR, MRR, TCV, ACV, bookings, billings, and revenue-recognition concepts.
- Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, or year-end financial close processes.
- Previous experience working with distributed teams or U.S.-based organizations.
