SCRUM Master with IRS MBI Clearance

You'll apply your expertise to help design a custom Agile model and coach individuals through its adoption. Further, you'll also apply principles of change management, organizational design, and human capital consulting to affect that change.As an consultant, you will join a fast-growing company that is committed to diversity and inclusion, have the opportunity to work in a collaborative workplace, take advantage of our unique benefits, and help build our innovative culture.Responsibilities Include:Facilitate sprint planning, standups, story grooming, and fun retrospectivesHelp train newly minted Product Owners on Agile values, frameworks, and toolsHelp create sprint reviews & demosFacilitate writing of user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and other story elementsAssist the product owner with story prioritization and backlog managementWork towards increasing team velocity and sprint capacityMentor/coach clients in Agile/Scrum best practicesRequirements:3+ years using Agile frameworks for IT projects and productsDemonstrable success translating business requirements into technical solutions/ designs and roadmapsExperience presenting to and coaching team members and/or clientsExcellent facilitation skills, particularly with respect to requirements gathering and strategic planningAdvanced skills working in Jira, Trello, and other project management toolsComfort with navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving client needsAt least one of the following certifications: CSPO or higher, PSPO or higherInterest in developing as a consultant and taking on additional responsibilities for winning and delivering workPreferred Experience1+ years of experience partnering with federal clients1+ years of experience in a DevOps environmentExperience leading organizational design and/or change management initiativesFamiliarity with cloud services, cloud migration, ticketed support systems, and hardware upgrade cycles within an IT organizationSuperstar QualificationsIRS or government industry experienceCurrent, active IRS or TREAS Public Trust suitability background investigationClearance requirement: Must have an active MBI - minimum background investigation for U.S. Government Public Trust clearanceMust be U.S. citizenLocation: Remote
