Job Title: Real Estate - Disposition Specialist
(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1280 - $1600 USD/month + Possible bonus commissions, depending on the client

Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending on the client

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience of at least 1 year of work experience as a Disposition Specialist of a US-based
• Real Estate Investing Company is required
• Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling
• Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Real Estate CRMs and sales tools.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Finding qualified cash buyers and identifying their buying needs.
• Conduct market analysis to determine optimal pricing and positioning for properties.
• Negotiate offers, contracts with Buyers / Investors
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop (Processor must be at least i3, OS must be at least Windows 10)
• Wired Internet Connection (Download and Upload speeds must be above 10 mbps)
• Backup Computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with main computer)
