Procure to Pay / Yardi Consulting Expert

This is a remote position.

Project Overview:

Six-week project to develop future state processes, and to develop implementation options and recommendations, and to develop deployment readiness. The recommendation will include the pros/ cons of options and high-level roadmap and timeline for implementation. Likelihood of several month extension.

Deliverables:

• Current State Assessment and Analysis- Review of current state with analysis of gaps and opportunities. This will include existing multi-family requirements, and the effort to gather commercial and other requirements.
• Manager enhancements to drive Future Changes– identity and manager a list of procure to pay enhancements plan and manage to completion and deployment.
• Implementation Options and Roadmap– Based on the recommendations, develop implementation options with considerations for future capabilities, improvements, and a final recommended implementation roadmap
• Manage Deployment Preparation– Manage the overall solution deployment including technical updates, change management, training, rollout and support activities.

Requirements

Bring over 5 years of Real Estate Yardi procurement expertise, providing in-depthanalysis, actionable recommendations, and participating in informationgathering sessions, deliverable development, and executive-levelpresentations.

• Develop and discuss weekly status reports.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering workshops and developrecommendations for procurement strategy, best practice and gapanalysis for a real-estate company
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills, leading workshops,engaging with and presenting to company leaders.
• Knowledge of Yardi (and or others) as a Real Estate procurement /invoice management and property management platform. Othersolutions might include Timberline, other industry procurement and APsolutions.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices in the real estate industry.
• Ability to gather requirements, summarize and developrecommendations based on current state, future state leading practice,and roadmap for implementation solutions.
