This is a remote position.
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to manage and grow our digital presence. This role will focus on creating engaging content, managing social media channels, increasing online engagement, supporting e-commerce activities, and helping attract new supporters, donors, and partners. The successful candidate will ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the organisation’s values, brand guidelines, and approval processes while helping promote initiatives that create a positive environmental impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the organization’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Produce and edit long-form videos and bite-sized social media clips.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
- Monitor engagement and recommend improvements to increase reach and audience growth.
E-commerce & Digital Marketing
- Support and execute retail marketing campaigns promoting conservation products and initiatives.
- Manage CRM marketing activities, including customer segmentation and email campaigns.
- Build and optimize automated marketing and sales journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve conversions.
Partnership & Donor Engagement
- Assist in identifying and engaging larger corporate partners and donor opportunities.
- Support campaigns that increase community awareness and conservation contributions.
- Help develop marketing initiatives beyond retail sales to strengthen donor relationships.
Brand & Compliance
- Ensure all public-facing content complies with organizational messaging and conservation standards.
- Work proactively while recognizing that all sensitive conservation messaging requires management approval before publication.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain brand integrity.
Requirements
Skills & Experience- Proven experience managing business social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong content creation, video editing, and graphic design skills.
- A portfolio of sample works
- Experience with e-commerce marketing and digital sales campaigns.
- Basic experience with paid ads, SEO, and monitoring campaign performance, including clicks and engagement.
- Experience using CRM platforms and email marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience working within environmental, sustainability, conservation, or not-for-profit organizations.
- Knowledge of donor engagement strategies and partnership development.
- Experience managing online communities and audience growth.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and campaign optimization.
- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
- Use of time tracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: PHP 35,0002. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation- 10 days annual leave credits
