Job Purpose and Impact
Cargill Animal Nutrition is a leading player in animal nutrition in France and internationally. Its activities range from premixes to specialty products, including minerals and feed additives, serving all animal species.

Cargill is recruiting, for its Provimi France brand, an experienced Poultry Senior Technology Application Specialist M/F/D
Location: Based in Crevin, France (35), or elsewhere in the region, with regular travel.
Key Accountabilities
As part of the R&D team (10 people), you will contribute to the design and continuous improvement of nutritional programs for our customers.
Following an onboarding period that will allow you to familiarize yourself with and integrate into our organization, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to feed manufacturers and poultry production organizations, including nutritional advice, farm support, and technical training.
- Actively participating in the design and development of new products and services, including premixes, feed additives, and digital services.
- Updating technical documentation and value propositions in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications teams.
- Conducting literature reviews and monitoring market developments and trends.
- Supporting the implementation and analysis of experimental trials conducted on innovation farms.
- Participating in team project meetings and assisting customers with the implementation of customized and tailored nutritional programs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Animal Science, or Veterinary Medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry nutrition, gained within a feed manufacturing company, a technical services organization, or a poultry production company.
- Strong expertise in the nutrition of both broilers and laying hens.
- A proactive and dynamic mindset, with strong organizational skills, listening abilities, customer focus, and the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Passion for animal nutrition; your interpersonal skills and technical expertise will be key to succeeding in this role.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
Additional Information
- Travel requirements: Approximately 50% travel, including 25% within France and 25% across North Africa.
- Work arrangement: 50% office-based and 50% travel-based
