About the job:

The HR Systems and Configuration Analyst is a valuable member of the People Operations team. This role serves as one of the Super Admins for the system and is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization’s HRMS and included modules through process automation, configuration, and strategic project management. This role also ensures data security and accuracy, system access, and handles troubleshooting, interfaces, updates, compliance, and manages special projects. Responsibilities also include technical expertise and support of payroll, taxes, time and attendance, and leave of absence processes, reporting, and configurations.

What you get to do:

  • Configure and maintain all HRMS modules/functions including but not limited to Time and Attendance, Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Leave of Absence, People Assist, Document Manager, BI, Dashboards and Reporting
  • Ensure optimal system performance, functionality, data accuracy and security, user and system security
  • Configure platform, workflows, business rules, and system settings to automate and align with business and people processes
  • Manage integrations and interfaces with internal and external systems
  • Lead and manage system upgrades, enhancements, and releases
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC audit requirements
  • Timely conduct required audits including but not limited to Quarterly Access Reviews, SOD Matrix, Organizational Chart audit, and regularly scheduled data audits as needed and required
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
  • Map, create, test, implement, and maintain business rules, workflows, databases, tables, document library, and other system, data, reporting, documentation, testing, or functionality of the HRMS
  • Effectively and timely manage special projects that have a diverse range in scope and complexity
  • Report and analyze people data as requested and provide strategic insights to stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities across all departments
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
  • Lead, manage, and conduct Alpha and Beta testing
  • Accurately and timely resolve HRIS tickets
  • Update/revise existing reports and create custom reports as requested
  • Document system configurations, processes, and write/ensure SOPs for key system statuses, processes, actions, and requirements

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst or similar role with hands-on experience in the configuration and optimization of a complex, comprehensive, HRMS with core HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, recruiting, compensation, and document management, preferably UKG Pro or similar large, comprehensive HRMS
  • Working knowledge of HR operations and associated processes, data, confidentiality, and security requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Proven experience in platform and system configuration, data and user access and security
  • Experience in system and process automation optimization including but not limited to business rules, workflows, approvals, self-service, manager self-service
  • Experience in creation, testing, monitoring, and managing file feeds, pay codes, deduction codes, earnings codes, PTO and holiday configuration, file imports, interfaces, and time and attendance
  • Experience in creation of complex, custom reports and modifying existing reports
  • Experience in alpha and beta testing, troubleshooting, and establishing processes and procedures for monitoring system performance
  • Possess strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Possess high attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and proactively identify, recommend, map, document, and execute system enhancements, process automation, and reports
  • Ability to proactively identify system performance and automation opportunities to streamline processes and increase functional area efficiencies
  • Experience using AI as a tool to enhance system performance and optimization (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience supporting SOX and ITGC audits (preferred)

In addition to base pay, the total compensation package includes eligibility and potential for performance-based bonuses and equity grants dependent upon the role and job level.

Compensation Range:

$85,600—$128,400 USD
