About the Role

At Uber Eats, we're building technology that helps people get the food they want, when and where they want it. Our Enterprise team partners with Australia's largest and most strategic restaurant groups to drive sustainable growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences.

We're looking for a highly strategic, commercially minded Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to manage a small portfolio of Uber Eats' most important restaurant partners in Australia. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, develop long-term growth strategies, and lead complex commercial conversations that create value for both our partners and Uber.

Working within a dedicated pod alongside a Customer Success Manager and Demand Generation specialists, you'll combine strategic planning, relationship management, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional leadership to help shape the future of some of Australia's most recognisable restaurant brands.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in executive-level environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and has a track record of building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Uber Eats' most strategic enterprise restaurant partners across Australia.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to their business.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that align partner priorities with Uber Eats' products, marketing solutions, and long-term growth strategy.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, business reviews, and strategic sales presentations that deliver mutual value.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through Uber's suite of products, including advertising, promotions, new product adoption, and operational improvements.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation specialists within a pod structure to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve shared business objectives.
  • Influence cross-functional teams across Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy to execute initiatives that support partner success.
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure performance, and make strategic recommendations to partners.
  • Represent the voice of enterprise partners internally, helping influence product development and business strategy.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Sales, Consulting, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Proven track record leading complex commercial negotiations and closing strategic growth opportunities.
  • Experience developing Joint Business Plans or strategic account plans with enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing large enterprise or strategic accounts within technology, marketplaces, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or food delivery.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across large organisations.
  • Strong strategic sales and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Experience working within a cross-functional pod or matrix organisation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, SQL, or other analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue, growth, or retention targets.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
