Essential Duties, Functions And/or Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions in alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using [insert preferred languages/frameworks, e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, .NET, React, etc.].
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Develop automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
- Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of software development experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
