Senior UX Designer
Indexed description
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who enjoys solving complex product problems, not just designing interfaces.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and customers to build AI-first enterprise products that help users make faster, better decisions.
What You Will Do
- Own product problems from discovery to delivery.
- Frame business and user problems before proposing solutions.
- Explore ideas using AI and interactive prototypes before refining designs in Figma.
- Build alignment with Product and Engineering early in the design process.
- Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Measure success through user outcomes, product adoption, and business impact.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system.
What We're Looking For
- AI- First Thinking: You naturally ask, "What should AI do before the user even asks?"
- Product Thinking: Comfortable challenging requirements, not just executing them. We value designers who ask “Should we build this?” before “How should we build this?”
- Problem Framing: Ask the right questions before designing
- What's the business problem?
- What decision is the user trying to make?
- What happens if we don't solve it?
- Design for Outcomes: Design with business outcomes in mind (adoption, engagement, retention, and time-to-value).
- Simplify Complexity: Turn complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, actionable experiences.
- Systems Thinking: Design complete workflows and ecosystems, not individual screens.
- Prototyping: Use Claude Code (or similar AI tools) to rapidly prototype ideas, validate them with cross-functional teams, then refine the experience in Figma for implementation.
- Design Systems Fluency: Strong understanding of design tokens, components & variants, variables, accessibility, reusability
- Strong Visual Design: Strong interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and attention to detail.
- Technical Curiosity: Comfortable discussing APIs, AI/LLMs, MCP, and modern front-end technologies.
What You Will Bring
- 5–8 years of Product/UX Design experience.
- Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable product outcomes.
- Expertise in Figma and modern AI-assisted design workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience designing Supply Chain, Disruption management, Procurement, or other complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience designing AI-powered experiences, using AI tools like Claude Code to prototype, validate, and refine product concepts.
